You will evaluate and prioritize subrogation and recovery prospects based on their likelihood of success and business value.

Contribute to designing an analytics-driven recovery framework, encompassing prioritization methodologies and business rules.

This role demands significant expertise in commercial insurance, specifically within Property & Casualty (P&C) lines, and a deep understanding of claims operations from initial reporting through settlement.

Proven experience with subrogation and recovery processes, including third-party liability and claims investigation, is essential.

Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python is a mandatory requirement.

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis/dashboarding tools is highly preferred.
