Key responsibilities include: - Analyzing historical and current commercial insurance claims data to identify trends, recovery opportunities, and financial implications. - Evaluating and prioritizing subrogation and recovery opportunities based on likelihood and business value. - Developing dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track recovery performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Partnering with claims, recovery, and business teams to transform business needs into analytical solutions. - Supporting the architecture of an analytics-driven recovery framework, including prioritization methods and business rules. - Presenting key insights and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders and leadership.

We are looking for candidates with significant experience in Commercial/Specialty Lines Insurance, specifically in Claims Analytics and Subrogation/Recovery. A strong foundation in analyzing insurance data and working with business stakeholders is essential.

Essential technical proficiencies include Advanced SQL and Python. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis/dashboarding tools is preferred. Additional beneficial skills encompass SAS, R, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or GCP.

Core competencies required involve strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a talent for identifying and quantifying recovery opportunities, a commitment to data-driven decision-making, and excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.
