A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex Excel VBA macro development is required. Additionally, you need at least 1 year of experience with Excel or Tableau, focusing on data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables. Proven experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to derive business insights is essential. Proficiency with SQL or ETL processes is also a mandatory requirement for this role. A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines is preferred, as is experience with Tableau, handling very large datasets.
