This role focuses on driving Talent projects through expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration. You will be instrumental in capturing requirements, refining business processes, and ensuring seamless system integration, significantly contributing to the success of our Talent initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to meticulously gather and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, encompassing SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs. Analyze existing Talent processes, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement and proposing solutions utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to boost efficiency. Partner with technical teams to architect and implement robust data integration strategies, ensuring accurate and secure data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems. Develop comprehensive business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other essential project documentation. Design test plans, scenarios, and execute testing to validate SAP SuccessFactors functionality and integration against business objectives and quality benchmarks. Facilitate clear and effective communication among business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to foster a unified understanding of project goals. Support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes through collaboration with change management teams during SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Proactively identify and address project challenges and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating as necessary for swift resolution. Contribute to process improvement endeavors, offering suggestions for system and business process enhancements.

A strong grasp of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within SAP SuccessFactors, is essential. Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations, is required. Exceptional analytical abilities are needed to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. Demonstrate strong documentation skills, covering requirement documents, process flows, and test plans. Possess effective written and verbal communication skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management software tools and business analysis techniques is expected. Exhibit a detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate outcomes. A positive, adaptable attitude and a drive for continuous learning are crucial. Capability to work effectively in a virtual setting with global teams is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field is required, with additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors being advantageous. Bring proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a specialization in Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration. Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within the Talent domain.
