Join Oracle Health's Customer Entitlement Services (CES) team as an Automation & Operations Specialist. This role is pivotal in supporting automation initiatives and operational projects for CES OH, ensuring the efficient processing of customer transactions. You will play a key part in delivering validated customer assets and entitlement data crucial for sales, renewals, and deal desk operations.

Spearhead improvement projects from initial analysis to implementation and benefits tracking. Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using approved RPA, AI, agent, and low-code/no-code platforms. Analyze and structure complex problems, evaluating options to recommend strategic actions. Manage transaction processing, resolve exceptions, and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Troubleshoot and resolve operational and automation-related incidents. Support CES OH projects by coordinating stakeholders and managing deliverables. Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow enhancements. Assist with requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities. Maintain essential documentation, including operating procedures and status reports.

Proven experience in delivering business improvement, process transformation, operations, or automation projects. Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently, involving multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work with ambiguous information. Confident communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence effectively. Hands-on experience with at least one business-user-accessible automation or AI platform. Capability to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable, and user-centric solutions. Familiarity with data privacy, access controls, responsible AI, and solution governance principles. Eagerness to learn and develop broad knowledge across business functions and technologies. Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and working autonomously within defined processes. Skilled in using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and process documentation techniques.
