As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in capturing user requirements and transforming them into effective business and digitally enabled solutions across diverse industries. This role involves analyzing current processes and designing future states to define precise business, solution, and system requirements.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and acting as a key liaison between the client and the project team. You will also play a crucial part in managing the product backlog, creating user stories, and ensuring clear communication for requirement clarifications.

Key responsibilities include analyzing existing processes (as-is) and designing future state processes (to-be) to define robust business, solution, and system requirements.

You will orchestrate and lead client workshops to elicit and deeply understand their needs, leveraging analytical techniques such as story mapping, process modeling, and data/document analysis.

Effective communication between team members is paramount, serving as a primary point of contact for clarifications on product backlog items. This includes iteration planning, backlog refinement, and the creation of detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder management is vital, acting as an interface between the team, the customer, and the project manager to identify optimal solution options that align business value with technical complexity.

We seek professionals who can ensure specifications and requirements are well-defined and ready for implementation. A solid understanding of initial product backlog and inception documentation is necessary to grasp the complete project scope.

You will contribute to the product backlog item refinement process and be adept at formulating and communicating project issues, seeking assistance from project managers, delivery managers, or lead BAs when needed.

Familiarity with relevant application knowledge of commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris, Commerce Tools, or similar solutions would be a significant advantage for this role.
