As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in understanding and executing partner workflows, processes, and business practices. You will serve as the primary point of contact for partners and channel representatives, liaising daily with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate partner transactions.
You are expected to consistently offer insights and identify opportunities for process improvements. This includes the ability to dissect complex problems, generate innovative solutions, evaluate their effectiveness, and deliver optimal outcomes. Collaboration with senior management will be key for reporting and supporting new initiatives aimed at driving growth.
