Proven experience in a Business Advisor or similar role. Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements effectively. Skilled in process modeling and data modeling techniques. Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation. Familiarity with Capgemini's brand and its approach to business transformation.
