Join our team as a Senior Business / Systems Analyst to drive our enterprise sustainability platform and ESG reporting initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing business processes, defining precise system requirements, and ensuring seamless solution delivery and platform operations within a complex, multi-system landscape.

Develop or deepen your expertise in sustainability (ESG), including GHG reporting and regulatory frameworks. The position demands a robust understanding of business analysis, process design, and systems integration.

Analyze and document business processes to boost efficiency, data quality, and standardization. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes. Identify process gaps and propose scalable, future-state solutions aligned with system capabilities.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional and system requirements. Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirements definition and solution design to testing, deployment, and release support. Ensure solutions meet business processes, platform capabilities, and compliance mandates.

Candidates should possess 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in enterprise environments, with a strong background in process analysis, design, requirements gathering, and data analysis.

Experience with Sustainability/ESG, including GHG data management and reporting, is highly preferred. Familiarity with ESG frameworks like CSRD/ESRS is beneficial. Candidates with extensive enterprise and audit experience, coupled with a keen interest in sustainability, are strongly encouraged to apply.
