This role focuses on managing teams and client service delivery within a specific area or specialization. You will report to a Senior Manager or Partner, assisting in developing team members and ensuring effective resource deployment. Cultivating strong relationships with clients and colleagues is key.

Oversee and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy for final sign-off. Leverage advanced tax technical knowledge for U.S. individual, trust, and partnership returns, addressing intricate issues.

Lead engagement teams and manage significant business segments. Establish performance metrics and ensure targets for economics, turnaround time, and quality are met. Identify and promote new service opportunities within the sub-service line.

Cross-sell extended services to clients and represent the practice externally. Mentor and supervise junior team members, demonstrating leadership and executive presence. Communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders. Uphold firm policies on independence, confidentiality, client acceptance, and tax return preparation.

Possess strong tax technical knowledge relevant to U.S. individual, trust, and partnership returns, including a deep understanding of complex issues. Hold a formal education in commerce or finance.

Certified EA required. Ideally, demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, numeric, and people management skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or commerce, coupled with over 9 years of experience with major global corporations (e.g., Big 4, Finance shared services), is highly desirable.
