Lead teams of Analysts and Advanced Analysts, ensuring high-quality client service delivery for U.S. individual tax returns (1040). You will drive the tax return preparation process, review complex returns, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, developing team members, assisting with advisory projects, and improving processes for greater efficiency and quality.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Commerce, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a major global corporation (e.g., Big 4, Finance shared services) is essential. Candidates must possess advanced proficiency in U.S. individual tax technical knowledge, strong English communication skills, and excellent command over MS Office suite. Experience or ongoing pursuit of EA or CPA certifications is preferred.
