Lead teams in preparing complex US partnership tax returns (1065). Drive the tax return process, review deliverables, and cultivate strong client relationships. Identify opportunities to expand EY's services through high-quality work. Oversee daily operations and project milestones with minimal supervision, demonstrating leadership in team building. Support senior management with advisory and ad-hoc projects, managing project economics and contributing to cost control. Drive process improvements for enhanced service quality and efficiency, and leverage resources across assignments.

Possess a high level of proficiency in US partnership tax technical knowledge, with an understanding of intricate tax issues. Demonstrate strong English language skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A formal education in commerce or finance is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance/commerce combined with 3+ years of experience in a major global corporation (e.g., Big 4, Finance shared services) is essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with EA certification or equivalent.
