Key responsibilities include preparing complex tax returns for High Net Worth Individuals and consistently delivering high-quality, self-reviewed work. You will take on more advanced roles in less complex assignments, demonstrating the ability to supervise, review, develop, and delegate tasks to Tax Analysts. Contribute to client satisfaction through timely and effective responses, maintaining collaborative relationships with EY colleagues, and assisting with special projects. Proactively identify issues and propose solutions, exhibiting professionalism and poise in all interactions.

People responsibilities involve being a dedicated team player, motivating, inspiring, and coaching Tax Analysts. You will also mentor new team members and actively contribute to building a high-performing team environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess 0-2 years of experience within a major global corporation, such as a Big 4 firm or finance shared services center. A formal education in commerce or finance is required, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, and a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience with CCH and/or SurePrep software is beneficial. Strong communication, analytical, verbal, and numerical skills are essential. A good understanding of baseline tax technical issues and processes relevant to U.S. individual returns is also necessary.
