As a Manager, you will lead engagement teams, drive client service delivery, and play a crucial role in developing and mentoring team members. Lead teams of tax professionals in delivering high-quality U.S. Trust (1041) tax return services. Review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical requirements. Manage engagement teams, business segments, and client relationships effectively. Set and monitor performance goals, focusing on economics, turnaround times, and quality targets. Identify and champion new service offerings within the sub-service line. Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth and leadership capabilities. Communicate project progress and status updates clearly to all stakeholders. Ensure adherence to firm policies on independence, confidentiality, client acceptance, and engagement letters. Exhibit strong leadership presence and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Formal education in Commerce or Finance. Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Commerce. Minimum of 8 years of experience working with major global corporations, such as Big 4 firms or Finance shared services. Certified EA or CPA designation is required. Demonstrate advanced tax technical knowledge relevant to U.S. Trust (1041) returns, including understanding complex issues. Excellent communication, analytical, numeric, and people management skills are essential. Experience in adapting communication to diverse audiences is valued.
