This role focuses on delivering high-quality tax operations and compliance services. You will oversee teams, manage service delivery, ensure technical excellence, and cultivate strong client relationships. Collaboration with related tax teams is essential for comprehensive service delivery.

Oversee international indirect tax operations, including return reviews, technical guidance, and complex transaction analysis. Manage end-to-end tax processes, reconciliations, and control frameworks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Drive service delivery against key performance indicators and regulatory deadlines. Act as a primary contact for clients and stakeholders, managing queries and escalations.

Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to firm policies, promoting quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

We seek a professional with 8-10 years of relevant experience, ideally from a Big Four firm, financial services organization, or shared services environment. Expertise in tax operations, international indirect taxation, or securities transaction taxes is crucial.

Key attributes include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and robust people leadership capabilities. A client-service orientation, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel, are expected.
