Join our team as a BPO Trade Settlement Senior Representative, playing a crucial role as an intermediary between funds and their investment managers. You'll be the official record keeper, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of critical financial data.

This position involves preparing daily Net Asset Values, yields, and distributions, alongside meticulously tracking fund income and expenses according to relevant accounting standards. Accurate processing of all capital activities, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, is paramount.

You will manage daily cash flows, monitor fund liquidity, and process cash movements related to capital activities. The role also demands independent completion of cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations, with a keen eye for resolving any discrepancies.

Key responsibilities include preparing daily Net Asset Values, yields, and distributions accurately and on time.

You'll ensure fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, are correctly accrued per accounting standards.

Accurate and timely processing of all capital activities such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and calls is essential.

Manage daily cash flow of trades, monitor fund cash-flows, and process related cash movements.

Independently complete cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Prepare investor and client reports, including Audit and Trade confirmations.

Communicate fund-associated transactions and work with stakeholders to provide thorough accounting packages.

Identify and communicate exceptions impacting accounting records and prices, assisting in their resolution.

A university degree or equivalent, requiring at least 3 years of formal study in Finance or Accounting principles, is necessary.

Basic domain knowledge is expected for this role.

Possession of a reputable certification in Capital Markets is also a requirement.

Flexibility to work across various scheduled work windows is a must.
