NTT DATA Services, a global leader in IT and BPO, is seeking a Reconciliation Sr. Representative for its client, a premier provider of asset and wealth management solutions. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and operations for a leading wealth management firm.

As a Reconciliation Sr. Representative, you will be instrumental in executing daily end-to-end cash reconciliation, including detailed analysis and transaction recording. Your role will involve identifying the root causes of cash and asset variances by reviewing bank and custody statements.

You will also collaborate with internal teams, banks, and custodians to resolve discrepancies and follow up on pending transactions or incorrect bookings. A key part of your duties will include verifying security prices and income data using market services and preparing necessary back-up documentation, while promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.

Ideal candidates will possess a university degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of formal study in Finance or Accounting principles. Prior experience of 1+ year in financial instrument reconciliation (equities, fixed income, derivatives), capital markets operations, and understanding the trade lifecycle is essential.

Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail is required. You should also have a minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing MS Excel, including advanced functions like formulas, charting, pivot tables, and conditional formatting. This role requires adherence to a regular work schedule from Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
