Join our team as a BPO Trade Settlement Senior Representative, serving as a vital link between investment funds and their managers. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate fund records and ensuring timely financial reporting.

This role involves meticulous preparation of daily Net Asset Values, yields, and distributions. A key aspect is ensuring that fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, are correctly accrued in line with accounting standards.

Process all capital activities, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, with precision. Manage daily cash flow by monitoring fund cash positions and processing related movements. You will also independently perform cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies that arise.

Prepare essential investor and client reports, such as audit and trade confirmations. Communicate fund-related transactions clearly and work collaboratively with internal and external clients to deliver comprehensive accounting packages. Proactively identify and escalate exceptions impacting accounting records and prices, contributing to their resolution.

We are seeking candidates open to working across various scheduled windows. A university degree or equivalent, requiring at least 3 years of formal study in Finance or Accounting principles, is essential.

Proficiency in MS-Excel is a must, including advanced functions, tables, conditional formatting, charting, and pivot tables. Holding a reputable certification in Capital Markets is also a valuable asset for this position.
