Join a leading global provider of asset and wealth management solutions as an AML/KYC Associate. This role supports a team dedicated to investment processing, management, and operations. You will play a crucial part in helping corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth families manage and grow their wealth effectively.

Your core responsibilities will involve the seamless onboarding of investors into hedge and private equity funds, ensuring all data and documentation are meticulously collected and verified during the subscription process. You will input essential investor data into our system to support reporting needs.

Adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures is paramount when reviewing investor transactions. You will also monitor client bank accounts for investor wire activity and prepare wire templates for all investor payments.

Generate and reconcile investor reports, including capital statements, and manage their distribution to end investors and their contacts once approved. You will also serve as a key point of contact, corresponding with investment managers and investors to address daily inquiries regarding subscriptions and reporting.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and at least one year of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

Essential knowledge of KYC and AML practices, with prior practical experience, is key. A strong logical thought process, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required.

You should possess a solid understanding of US capital markets and accounting principles. Proficiency in MS-Excel is a must, alongside a sound knowledge of various financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and forex.
