Your primary responsibility will be the seamless onboarding of investors into hedge and private equity funds. This involves meticulous due diligence to verify all required data and documentation during subscriptions.

You will accurately input investor data into our contact management system for essential reporting. Adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures is paramount when reviewing investor transactions.

Monitor client bank accounts for investor wire activity and create wire templates for payment facilitation. Generate and reconcile investor capital statements, then disseminate approved reports to end investors and their contacts.

Engage with investment managers and investors to address daily inquiries, including subscription documents and reporting queries. A strong commitment to client engagement and service quality is vital for success.

We are seeking candidates with a B.Com degree and at least one year of experience in AML. A solid understanding of KYC and AML principles, with prior practical experience, is essential.

Applicants should possess strong logical thinking abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A deep knowledge of US capital markets and accounting principles is required.

Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. Familiarity with various financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and forex, is also a key requirement for this role.
