Key responsibilities include booking journal entries based on bank statements and client information, preparing bank reconciliations, and maintaining financial logs. You will also prepare monthly financial reporting packages for Hedge Funds, including Net Asset Value determination and statements of assets, liabilities, profit, and loss.

Ensuring accurate accrual of fund income, expenses, and fees in line with accounting standards is crucial. You'll process capital activities such as calls, distributions, transfers, and rollups accurately and promptly. The role involves deriving pricing for portfolio investments, updating status reports, and managing daily cash flow of trades.

Cash management extends to monitoring fund cash-flows and processing incoming/outgoing cash movements related to capital activity. You will also prepare bespoke reports for client requests, independently complete cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies. Building and maintaining investor information, including payment models and contacts, is another vital aspect of this position.
