Join our dynamic team as a BPO Trade Settlement Associate. This role is crucial for managing financial operations and ensuring accurate trade settlements. You'll be instrumental in supporting our hedge fund clients with comprehensive financial reporting and reconciliation.

Key responsibilities include booking journal entries from bank statements, preparing bank reconciliations, and maintaining financial logs. You will also prepare monthly financial reporting packages for hedge funds, including Net Asset Value (NAV) determination and statements of assets, liabilities, profit, and loss.

Your role will involve ensuring accurate accrual of fund income and expenses, processing capital activities (calls, distributions, transfers), and deriving pricing for portfolio investments. You'll also manage daily cash flow, process cash movements related to capital activity, and prepare bespoke reports for client requests. Independent reconciliation of cash, portfolio, and capital, along with discrepancy investigation, is vital. Furthermore, you'll manage investor information, payment models, and contacts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with financial reporting and reconciliation. Proficiency in cash management and experience with hedge funds is highly desirable.

Excellent attention to detail is essential for accurately processing transactions and resolving discrepancies. Strong communication and organizational skills are needed to manage investor information and respond to client requests effectively.
