We support clients in asset and wealth management by streamlining operations and enhancing productivity. This role is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy for a leading global provider of wealth management solutions.

Key responsibilities include daily end-to-end cash reconciliation across multiple portfolios, analyzing variances using bank statements and supporting data. You will interact with internal teams, banks, and custodians to resolve discrepancies, follow up on pending transactions, and verify pricing and income through market data services. This role also involves administrative tasks for monthly closing and valuations, and developing a strong understanding of financial services products and processes.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in accounting for financial instruments, capital markets operations, and trade lifecycle management. A university degree requiring at least three years of formal finance or accounting studies is necessary. We also require one year of experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, along with one year of proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, charting, and pivot tables.
