This exciting opportunity is with a premier global provider of asset and wealth management solutions, supporting corporations, financial institutions, advisors, and high-net-worth families in wealth creation and management.

As a Reconciliation Senior Associate, your core responsibility will be performing daily, end-to-end cash reconciliation across multiple client portfolios. This involves detailed analysis to pinpoint discrepancies in cash and assets, using bank and custody statements, and other supporting documentation.

You will actively collaborate with internal teams, banks, and custodians to resolve issues related to missing trades or corporate actions. A key aspect of the role includes verifying security prices and income, utilizing market data services like Bloomberg, and providing comprehensive back-up documentation. You will also be responsible for reporting identified issues to supervisors promptly and managing administrative tasks for monthly closing and valuations.

We are seeking candidates with at least one year of experience in accounting for financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives), capital markets operations, and trade life cycle understanding. A solid grasp of Capital Market principles is essential.

Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, tables, formatting, conditional formatting, charting, and pivot tables, is a must, along with at least one year of data entry experience emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in a service-oriented role, involving written and phone correspondence with external clients, is also required.
