Key responsibilities include managing the investor onboarding process for hedge and private equity funds, ensuring accurate data and documentation collection for subscriptions. You will meticulously input investor data into our contact management system to facilitate reporting and strictly adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies for all investor transactions.

Additional duties involve monitoring client bank accounts for wire activity, creating wire templates, and generating/reconciling investor capital statements. You will also disseminate approved investor reports to end investors and their contacts. Effective communication with investment managers and investors on daily inquiries is essential.

We are seeking a B.Com graduate with a minimum of one year of experience in AML and essential knowledge of KYC. A strong logical thought process and excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for success in this role.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of US capital markets and accounting principles, along with hands-on proficiency in MS-Excel. Familiarity with various financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and forex, is highly beneficial.
