As a Reconciliation Senior Associate, you will be responsible for comprehensive daily cash reconciliation across multiple portfolios. This involves identifying variances by analyzing bank and custody statements, and interacting with internal teams, banks, and custodians to resolve discrepancies.

You will also manage follow-ups on pending transactions and incorrect bookings, verify financial data using market services like Bloomberg, and report any issues promptly to supervisors. Key tasks include performing administrative functions for monthly closing and valuations, and developing a strong understanding of financial services products and processes.

Ideal candidates will possess at least one year of experience in accounting for financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives), capital markets operations, and trade lifecycle management. A good grasp of capital markets is essential.

We require a university degree or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of formal study in Finance or Accounting principles. Additionally, one year of data entry experience emphasizing accuracy and accountability, coupled with one year of experience using advanced MS-Excel functions (formulas, charts, pivot tables), is necessary.

Experience in a service-oriented role, involving written or phone correspondence with external customers, is also a requirement. A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach are highly valued.
