We are seeking a skilled PE Sr. Analyst to enhance our team in Gurugram. This position is key to maintaining superior accounting and administrative services for our valued clients.

Leverage your accounting expertise to accurately price and maintain records for hedge and private equity holdings, utilizing diverse external pricing resources. You will conduct timely Net Asset Value reconciliations and prepare comprehensive accounting reports. Responsibilities include communicating fund transactions and collaborating with internal and external clients to deliver precise accounting packages.

As the fund's record keeper, you will support year-end audit engagements, adhering to GAAP accounting standards. This involves performing due diligence to ensure client compliance with governmental laws and regulations. You will also manage communications with external investment managers regarding daily fund inquiries, such as fee payments, cash position breaks, and reconciliations. Delivering exceptional client engagement and service quality is paramount.

A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience is required, specifically with financial instruments like equities, fixed income, and derivatives, alongside capital markets operations and trade lifecycle knowledge. Candidates must possess 2+ years of fundamental accounting knowledge and be able to work regular Monday-Friday shifts from 17:30 to 03:30 IST.

A university degree or equivalent, necessitating at least 3 years of formal study in Finance or Accounting principles, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level is expected. The role demands self-motivation to manage multiple client deliverables with unwavering quality and excellence.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital, as client interaction will primarily be via email and phone. Excellent customer service abilities are also a must, given the daily communication with both internal and external clients.
