As a Sales Team Leader, you will guide a team of outbound sales agents to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators while fostering strong client relationships through effective coaching and operational oversight.

Your role involves leading and developing the sales team, driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, and conducting regular performance reviews. You will motivate team members to maximize productivity through structured coaching, performance improvement plans, and targeted training interventions.

Operational execution includes managing daily KPIs, ensuring adherence to sales processes, and monitoring productivity. You will also act as a liaison for client communication, build strong relationships, and represent team performance in business reviews. Continuous improvement through sales strategy implementation and best practice adoption is also key.

Candidates should possess strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a deep understanding of sales KPIs and forecasting. Excellent coaching, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. A proven ability to make data-driven decisions is also required.

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2-3 years in a team leadership capacity. Experience in the Telecom or BPO industry is preferred.
