This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana, and play a key part in achieving service level targets and enhancing business processes.

Oversee team performance to ensure all contracted service level agreements are met. Provide essential day-to-day support to the team, managing escalations effectively and acting as a first point of contact for issues.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of departmental tasks, including Life Insurance Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Quality Audit, and 1035 exchanges. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Foster staff development by identifying opportunities for knowledge and skill enhancement. Aid in new hire onboarding and training, and contribute to continuous learning initiatives within the team. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a subject matter expert on various projects.

A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in the Life and Annuity industry, with 5-7 years specifically in Team Management, is essential. You should possess a strong customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and adept active listening and negotiation abilities.

This position demands a detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills. The ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment is crucial. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.

While not mandatory, previous experience with industry certifications like ALU or FLMI would be advantageous. A mandatory qualification in BPT, MPT, B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, BAMS, MBBS, or BHMS is required for this role.
