Address coding-related inquiries for providers, maintaining excellent client relations.

Ensure team members maintain strict adherence to SOP guidelines and customer SLAs.

Conduct regular performance feedback sessions and provide guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within Medical Coding is essential.

Possess strong operational and process management skills, coupled with over 5 years of managerial experience in coding or medical billing.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

Must hold an AAPC coding certification.
