Join our Office of the CFO and Controllership organization as a Fixed Assets and Billing Accounting Associate Specialist. This role focuses on end-to-end accounting for fixed assets and billing/accounts receivable.

You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate asset lifecycle management, timely billing, and effective receivables monitoring. Supporting business partners with insightful reporting and analysis is a key aspect of this position.

Key duties include managing the complete fixed assets lifecycle, from capitalization to disposals and reconciliations. You'll maintain the fixed assets register, perform close activities, and coordinate with project teams for capital expenditures.

Responsibilities also encompass generating and reviewing invoices, supporting cash application, and monitoring outstanding receivables. You will reconcile AR sub-ledger balances, assist with month-end AR close, and prepare aging reports.

Further responsibilities include participating in special projects, cross-training on accounting functions, documenting processes, and becoming proficient with assigned general ledger accounts and business processes.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, possessing 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in financial accounting systems and ERP platforms like PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle is essential.

Strong MS Excel skills are a must, alongside excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as is the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
