Seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our BPO PE and Fund Accounting team. This role involves critical financial operations for Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting processes.

Review and process booking journal entries based on bank statements and client instructions. Reconcile bank accounts and maintain associated financial logs. Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds, including accurate Net Asset Value (NAV) determination. Ensure proper accrual of fund income and expenses, adhering to relevant accounting standards. Process all capital activities accurately and promptly, including calls, distributions, transfers, and rollups. Derive pricing for portfolio investments and update status reports accordingly. Manage daily cash flow and monitor fund cash movements related to capital activities. Prepare customized reports to meet specific client requests. Independently complete cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Create and maintain investor information, including payment models and contact details.

Proven experience in fund accounting, particularly with Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds. Strong understanding of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation and financial reporting principles. Proficiency in bank reconciliation and maintaining financial logs. Experience with capital activities processing, cash management, and portfolio pricing. Ability to prepare bespoke client reports and resolve discrepancies efficiently. A proactive approach to managing investor information and payment models. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
