NTT DATA Services, a top global services company, seeks a Private Equity and Fund Accounting Specialist. Join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, renowned for driving client transformation for over 30 years. This role supports a leading global provider of asset and wealth management solutions, offering services for complex fund structures. As a vital member of our Private Equity team, you will collaborate with experienced industry professionals. You'll contribute to delivering exceptional services for intricate fund structures, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction in the dynamic financial services landscape.

Maintain accurate books and records, including precise calculation of fund Net Asset Values. Coordinate and meticulously review financial statements, performance metrics, and quarterly reports. Oversee the calculation and review of carried interests, performance, and incentive fees, alongside investor allocations for capital calls and distributions. Manage partner capital account statements and coordinate payments and other transactions. Supervise production analysts, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work through thorough review and sign-off. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, diligently monitoring timely delivery of all daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities. Address all escalations promptly and act as the first escalation point for internal inquiries.

Direct the team in effectively managing timelines, workflows, and deliverables within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor the progress of assigned team members to identify opportunities for additional training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement within the team.

A minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience within the financial services sector, with a specific focus on Private Equity. Proven experience in reviewing financial statements is essential. Proficiency in using enterprise accounting systems is required. While not mandatory, working knowledge of Investran is highly desirable. You must possess 5-7 years of extensive experience using MS-Excel, including advanced functions such as Formulas, Tables & Formatting, Conditional Formatting, Charting, and Pivot tables for reporting. The ability to independently handle client calls and conduct monthly and weekly reviews is crucial. Supervisory skills are necessary, with 4-5 years of experience in managing and leading staff. Educational qualifications such as a B.Com or CA (Inter/Final) are desired for this role.
