Maintain essential books and records, accurately calculating fund Net Asset Values. Coordinate and review critical financial statements, performance reports, and investor allocations. Oversee calculations for carried interests, performance fees, and capital account statements. Manage payments and transactions, ensuring timely processing. Supervise production analysts, review their work, and act as the primary client contact. Address client expectations by monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables, and resolve escalations promptly. Lead your team to manage timelines and workflows, ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements. Monitor team member progress for training and development opportunities.

A minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience within the financial services sector, specifically in Private Equity, is essential. Proven experience in reviewing financial statements and proficiency with enterprise accounting systems are required. While not mandatory, working knowledge of Investran is highly desirable. Demonstrable expertise in MS-Excel, including advanced formulas, tables, conditional formatting, charting, and pivot tables/reporting, is crucial. You should be comfortable independently handling client calls and monthly/weekly review meetings. Strong supervisory skills, with 4-5 years of experience in managing staff, are necessary. Educational qualifications such as B.Com or CA (Inter/Final) are preferred.
