Key responsibilities include accurately booking journal entries, preparing bank reconciliations, and maintaining financial logs. You will be instrumental in generating monthly financial reporting packages for Hedge Funds, including NAV determination and financial statement preparation.

Ensure precise accrual of fund income and expenses, manage capital activities, and derive pricing for portfolio investments. The role also involves comprehensive cash management, processing transactions, and generating bespoke client reports. You will independently complete reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and manage investor information.

Furthermore, this position requires leading a team, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying opportunities for process and system enhancements. Effective coordination of staff, client relationship management, and risk management, including audit liaison, are also essential components of this role.

Candidates should possess a university degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of formal study in Finance or Accounting principles. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial services industry is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial instruments, capital markets, trade lifecycles, and reconciliation processes.

Significant experience (4+ years) in a client-facing, service-oriented role is essential, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and charting. Proven team leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 8-10 individuals, are also critical. Availability for regular scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, starting after 5 PM, is a prerequisite.
