NTT DATA Services, a global leader in IT services, is seeking a Private Equity and Fund Accounting Analyst to join its esteemed Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading global provider of asset and wealth management solutions. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive services for complex fund structures within the private equity sector.

Key responsibilities include maintaining financial records and calculating fund Net Asset Values (NAVs). You will coordinate and review financial statements, performance metrics, and investor allocations for capital calls and distributions. This role also involves overseeing the calculation of carried interests and performance fees, managing partner capital account statements, and coordinating payments. A significant part of the role includes supervising production analysts, reviewing their work, and acting as the primary client contact to ensure timely delivery of all financial reporting and deliverables, while also serving as the first point of escalation for internal queries.

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of accounting experience within the financial services sector, with a strong emphasis on Private Equity. Proven experience in reviewing financial statements and proficiency with enterprise accounting systems are essential. Familiarity with Investran is highly desirable. A robust understanding of MS Excel, including formulas, tables, conditional formatting, charting, pivot tables, and reporting, is required. The ability to independently manage client calls and participate in monthly/weekly reviews is also crucial. Educational qualifications such as a B.Com or CA (Inter/Final) are preferred.
