Join NTT DATA Services as a Private Equity Fund Accounting Analyst and contribute to our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. You'll support a leading global provider of asset and wealth management solutions, processing investments and operations for diverse clients. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate fund books and records, calculating Net Asset Values, and coordinating the review of financial statements and performance reports. You will also oversee calculations for carried interests, investor allocations, and capital account statements. The role involves coordinating payments, supervising production analysts, and acting as the primary client contact. Ensuring timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, addressing escalations promptly, and managing team timelines and deliverables within SLAs are crucial. You will also guide team members on training and development needs.

This role requires 3-5 years of accounting experience within the financial services sector, specifically in Private Equity. Proven experience in reviewing financial statements and proficiency with enterprise accounting systems are essential. A strong command of MS-Excel, including formulas, tables, formatting, charting, and pivot tables, is necessary. Experience with Investran is highly desirable. You should be adept at handling client calls and monthly/weekly reviews independently. A B.Com or CA (Inter/Final) qualification is preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent relationship management are key.
