Join our team as a BPO PE and Fund Accounting Analyst, focusing on precise account reconciliation for diverse client portfolios. This role is integral to our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all reconciliation processes.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to the seamless management of financial data and client accounts within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial reconciliation principles.

Execute daily end-to-end cash reconciliation, including detailed analysis and transaction recording. Investigate and identify the root causes of variances in cash and assets using bank statements, custody data, and other relevant documentation. Collaborate with internal teams, banks, and custodians to resolve discrepancies related to trades, corporate actions, and other transaction items. Monitor and follow up on pending transactions and incorrect bookings with the trade team, bank, or custody. Validate security prices, income, and interest rates using market data services like Bloomberg, ensuring all documentation is appropriately backed up. Promptly report any identified issues to supervisors and seek immediate support. Manage administrative tasks associated with monthly closing and valuation processes. Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry, including all team-specific products, services, and processes.

Proven experience in performing account reconciliation and daily cash reconciliation activities. Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve variances in financial data. Ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external financial institutions. Proficiency in using financial data services such as Bloomberg for price and income verification. Familiarity with financial closing and valuation processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A solid understanding of the financial services industry is essential. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
