Join our team as a Medical Records Coding Specialist and play a crucial role in the healthcare ecosystem. This position involves accurately translating patient health information into standardized medical codes. You will contribute to maintaining uniform documentation across medical facilities and ensuring clear communication of diagnoses and procedures.

Your core responsibilities will include meticulously reviewing patient documentation to understand diagnoses, and transforming this clinical information into universal alphanumeric codes. You will also be involved in creating a standardized vocabulary for medical conditions and treatments, ensuring clarity and consistency in healthcare records. A key aspect of this role is assigning standard codes based on clinical statements.

We are seeking candidates with 0-1 year of experience in any Healthcare BPO. A university degree requiring at least 3 years of formal study in Life Sciences, Physiotherapy (BPT), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Nursing is essential. A solid understanding of human Anatomy and Physiology, along with over a year of experience using Windows PC applications and basic computer navigation, is also required. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are a must for effective client interaction.
