Join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate in Medical Records Coding, focusing on BPO operations. This role is integral to ensuring accurate medical record documentation and coding within a healthcare facility setting. You will be a key player in maintaining high standards of coding quality and providing support to junior team members.

Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding freshers in coding practices and documentation requirements. Identify and address documentation deficiencies to ensure compliance and accuracy. Proficiently handle outpatient coding and multispecialty coding, including procedure codes. Utilize computer skills for navigation and learning new software tools. Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with clients and team members.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Healthcare BPO or a facility requiring CPC certification is essential. You should possess good knowledge of outpatient coding and multispecialty coding, including procedure codes. Proven ability to work with Windows PC applications, including keyboard use and screen navigation, with at least 1 year of experience. Availability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with flexibility for shift changes based on client needs. Willingness to accommodate overtime and weekend work as per business demands is required.
