We are seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst for Medical Records Coding to join our BPO team. This role is ideal for a certified trainer with extensive experience in medical coding and a proven ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.

This position requires a strong understanding of ICD and CPT coding, with awareness of the latest industry updates. The ideal candidate will have a background in EM Multispecialty and Surgery, and hold a CPC certification.

Key responsibilities include conducting all levels of training, from client-specific modules and industry updates to general coding best practices, in coordination with supervisors or the training manager. You will also be responsible for auditing charts processed by new hires, newly introduced specialty work, and performing regular audits as needed.

This role involves creating training content, tracking changes, and ensuring the team stays current with all relevant coding knowledge. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and training delivery.

A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the medical coding field is required, with at least 3-4 years in a direct training capacity. Essential skills include a strong command of ICD and CPT coding, along with up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements. Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is mandatory.

The candidate must be adaptable and willing to learn new specialties to train resources effectively. A CPC certification is preferred, and the ability to evaluate employee performance and develop onboarding programs is highly desirable.
