Join our team as a BPO Medical Records Coding Associate, playing a vital role in transforming healthcare documentation into universal alphanumeric codes. This position is essential for creating a uniform vocabulary for describing patient diagnoses, procedures, and outcomes.

As a Medical Records Coding Associate, you will ensure standardized documentation across medical facilities. Your primary responsibility involves reviewing clinical statements and accurately assigning standard codes, contributing to efficient healthcare information management.

Review patient documentation to thoroughly understand assigned diagnoses. Translate healthcare diagnoses, procedures, medical services, and equipment into universal medical alphanumeric codes. Contribute to creating a uniform vocabulary for describing the causes of injury, illness, and death. Ensure uniform documentation practices between medical facilities through accurate coding.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in any Healthcare BPO role is required. Possess a University degree or equivalent, involving at least 3 years of formal study in Life Sciences, BPT, Pharmacy, or Nursing. Demonstrate good knowledge of human Anatomy and Physiology. Have 1+ years of experience utilizing computer applications on a Windows PC, including keyboard navigation and learning new software. Be available to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with flexibility for shift timing changes based on client needs. Ability to accommodate overtime and weekend work as per business requirements is essential. Note: Returning to the office is mandatory based on client or business needs.
