Seeking a skilled Medical Records Coding Associate with expertise in Radiology coding and CPC certification to join our team. This role is pivotal in transforming complex healthcare documentation into accurate medical alphanumeric codes. As a medical coder, you will contribute to creating a standardized language for describing diagnoses, procedures, and medical services, ensuring uniform documentation across healthcare facilities.

Your primary responsibility will involve thoroughly reviewing clinical documentation to understand patient diagnoses and assign the correct medical codes. This process is crucial for accurate record-keeping, billing, and data analysis. You will leverage your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to ensure precise coding outcomes.

Candidates must possess at least 1 year of experience in the healthcare BPO sector. A university degree or equivalent, requiring a minimum of 3 years of formal study in Life Sciences, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, or Nursing is essential. Proficiency in human anatomy and physiology is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience using Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and learning new software. Flexibility for scheduled shifts (Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM IST), potential overtime, weekend work, and returning to the office as per business needs is mandatory.
