In this senior role, you will be instrumental in configuring the client's system for pricing, aligning with defined business rules for a new claims processing platform. This includes evaluating configuration requirements, formulating effective approaches, and implementing advanced functionalities based on best practices. You'll also participate in problem-solving for health plan benefits, provider issues, pricing, reporting, and operational challenges.

Further responsibilities involve resolving production support issues, updating configuration within the core claims processing system, particularly in provider pricing. You will support fee schedule changes, manage contract maintenance, and enable User Acceptance Testing (UAT), incorporating feedback from business owners and analysts. Creating test cases and managing issue logs to resolve high-priority change requests are also key aspects of this position. Data validation and audit of existing plans and contracts, alongside database management, are essential tasks.

We are seeking candidates with over 5 years of overall experience in US healthcare claims payer environments. A minimum of 6 years of experience in configuring client systems for pricing and UAT testing is required, with at least 2 years specifically in UAT testing.

While a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, an Associate's degree, technical college coursework, or some college credits are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to thrive in a project-oriented setting. Experience with SQL for query writing (2+ years) and exposure to VB/VB.NET are considered advantageous preferences.
