Seeking a Senior Associate to join our BPO Compliance team. This role focuses on ensuring contractual adherence and robust operational controls across our partner network. You will be instrumental in managing compliance monitoring, supporting due diligence, and tracking risks to maintain operational integrity and readiness.

This position requires a proactive individual adept at navigating complex contractual obligations and collaborating with diverse teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and a keen eye for detail in documentation and reporting. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our standards and mitigating risks associated with partner operations.

Key responsibilities include diligently reviewing partner contracts for accuracy and compliance with operational obligations like SLAs and data handling. You will maintain a comprehensive tracker of compliance requirements, monitor adherence, and identify/track remediation actions. The role also involves supporting the implementation of the Operations Control Policy Framework, validating evidence of operational controls, and facilitating due diligence for new partner onboarding.

Further duties encompass assisting with operational risk assessments, tracking remediation items, and ensuring documentation readiness for audits. You will establish and maintain a centralized repository for partner contracts and "Partner on a Page" summaries, alongside managing compliance dashboards, risk trackers, and generating insightful reports. Effective stakeholder coordination with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other departments is also a core aspect of this position.

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Operations, Risk Management, Law, or a related field is required. We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in operational compliance, partner management, operations audit, or operational risk. Essential qualifications include a strong grasp of operational controls, contractual obligations, and compliance documentation processes, along with the ability to translate contractual terms into actionable compliance measures.

Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and documentation management is necessary. The candidate should demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment. Exposure to shared services, BPO environments, or partner ecosystem operations, along with audit support or third-party risk assessment experience, would be advantageous.
