As an Entry-level Outbound Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in engaging with Canadian customers to promote our telecom products and services. Your primary focus will be driving revenue through effective consultative selling techniques.

Key duties include: - Making a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing clients. - Presenting and promoting telecom offers, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention solutions. - Identifying customer needs and proposing customized recommendations. - Consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Skillfully managing objections and handling customer rejections. - Maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system. - Adhering to all script, quality, and process standards. - Ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales opportunities.

We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, particularly a neutral or clear English accent, coupled with a natural sales acumen and persuasive ability. Essential qualities include active listening skills, genuine customer empathy, and the resilience to handle rejection effectively. A foundational understanding of system and CRM operations is also required.

Ideal candidates will possess a Graduate degree, though flexibility is considered based on exceptional communication skills.
