As an Entry-Level Outbound Sales Associate, you will engage with Canada-based customers to promote and sell telecom products and services. Your primary focus will be on consultative selling to drive revenue.

Key duties include: - Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. - Presenting and promoting telecom offerings such as plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention deals. - Understanding client needs to recommend suitable solutions. - Consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Professionally managing objections and rejections. - Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, detailing calls, conversions, and follow-ups. - Adhering strictly to scripts, quality guidelines, and process standards. - Delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales.
