As an Entry-Level Outbound Sales Associate, you will connect with Canada-based customers, championing telecom products and services to drive revenue. Your role involves making a high volume of outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and recommending personalized solutions.

Key duties include promoting telecom plans, upgrades, and offers, achieving daily sales targets, and professionally managing objections. Accurate CRM record-keeping and adherence to compliance standards are essential, ensuring both revenue maximization and a strong customer experience.

We seek individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent, complemented by a persuasive sales mindset. Active listening, customer empathy, and resilience in handling rejection are crucial.
