Engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote and sell telecom products and services. You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. This role requires you to handle objections professionally, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure strict adherence to compliance, quality, and process standards. Delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue is paramount.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience, preferably in BPO or sales roles. A strong command of the English language, with a neutral or clear accent, is essential. The ideal candidate possesses a natural sales mindset, persuasive abilities, and a genuine capacity for active listening and customer empathy.
