As an Entry-level Outbound Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on connecting with Canada-based customers to promote a range of telecom products and services. You will be instrumental in driving revenue through consultative selling techniques.

Key duties include: - Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers. - Effectively promoting telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. - Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable, personalized solutions. - Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Professionally managing customer objections and rejections. - Maintaining precise records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. - Adhering strictly to scripts, quality benchmarks, and process standards. - Delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales opportunities.
